Discontent with his life in the northern Hmong villages, Koos Loos (Thaiv Yaj), ventures into the southern Hmong villages for the first time. There, he witnesses a sport called Tujlub, Spin Tops, played by the girl of his dreams Cha Mee (Npauj Vaj) and discovers there’s a game that the folks play every year to win. By winning, you earn not only glory, but the title of Mayor with it. So begins his journey to ace the game to help an old flame Mayor Cheng Cha (Txais Hawj) of his mother’s to regain his honor.
